Do you need a bank account to use GCash?

To make a budget in GnuCash:

• Click New Budget and name it.
• Add income and expense categories.

Yes, GnuCash is able to print checks. You can customise check layouts and print them on blank or pre-printed check paper.

GnuCash does not link directly to your bank like online apps.

To track your bank account, you need to:

• Import these files into GnuCash.
• Match transactions manually to keep your accounts accurate

This does not have anything to do with GnuCash. In order to get international payments with GCash, you would normally be required to use a service such as PayPal, Wise, or remittance service and then send the money into your GCash wallet.

GnuCash lacks inbuilt payroll processing as other accounting software does. You can do payroll manually, follow up with payments, taxes, and deductions of employees, but it will not calculate and file payroll taxes automatically.
