- Start by going to the Leads section in the main menu and selecting Manage Leads.
- In the list of leads, find the specific lead you want to add the activity to.
- Move to the icon under the Actions column for that lead.
- Choose Add Activity from the options that appear.
- A pop-up Add Notable Activity will come.
- Pick the activity type from the dropdown menu next to Activity Type.
Note. If necessary, you can also include a task by clicking Add Task and put the required information.
