To add and manage custom activity tabs in lead details page, follow the steps given below:
- Go to Leads and choose Manage Leads.
- Pick any lead on the Manage Leads page.
- Under Lead Actions, find and click on Add +.
- A new window titled Add an Activity will appear.
- Fill in the tab's name and select the activities you want in the tab.
- If you want this tab to be the first thing you see when you open the Lead Details page, mark the checkbox beside Set as Default Tab.
- Click save.
