To add and manage custom activity tabs in lead details page, follow the steps given below:

  • Go to Leads and choose Manage Leads.
  • Pick any lead on the Manage Leads page.
  • Under Lead Actions, find and click on Add +.
  • A new window titled Add an Activity will appear.
  • Fill in the tab's name and select the activities you want in the tab.
  • If you want this tab to be the first thing you see when you open the Lead Details page, mark the checkbox beside Set as Default Tab.
  • Click save.
