How to Add Custom Activity Types in LeadSquared?

A:

To create a dropdown type lead field, follow the instructions:

  • From the dashboard click on My Profile and move to Settings.
  • Click on Leads and then go to Custom Activities & Scores.
  • Enter the relevant details in the Add Custom Activity Type popup window and click on Next.
  • Add the custom fields as necessary and click on Next.
  • Customize the add/edit form as per desired appearance and then click on Save.
