- Register for Zapier
- To get started, choose a Zap template, or create your own. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Log in to Asana — When you create your Asana Zap, you will be asked to log in to your Asana account (unless you are already logged in)
- You will then be asked to provide Zapier access to your account. Click Allow to proceed
- Before you turn on the Zap for real, the Zap creation process tests it - you will be able to tell if the Zap is doing what you want
- Finally, after you have designed and tested the Zap, do not forget to activate it
