 For Apple Users : Open the device settings of your iPhone, scroll down, and choose the 'Canva' option from the list of apps. Now tap on 'Canva'. Once you have selected the Canva option, look for 'photos or 'media' in the permission section and make sure that it is set to 'allow'.
For Android Users:Open your device settings and go to apps or the application manager option. Find and select Canva. Look for suitable permissions and make sure that the app has permission to access all your photos.
