How do you keep your Kubernetes version updated in google kubernetes engine?

The Google Kubernetes Engine team periodically performs automatic upgrades for the cluster to get newer stable versions. But you can update it manually:

In Google Kubernetes Engine page in Google Cloud console.
Choose the desired cluster name.
In Cluster basics, click on edit- Upgrade Available.
Select the preferred version, then click Save Changes.
