“Get real-time reports on the hotel functionality”

Pros : The software helped me to provide customer satisfaction and to keep a tab on the entire hotel functionalities. Blynk Hotel Application also never fails to provide me with insights and analytics regarding my business. It generates real-time reports and statistics and helps me keep a close eye on the hotel functionality. Additionally, the multilingual support offered by Blynk Hotel Application has allowed me to cater to foreign delegates as well.

Cons : No major issues found.

“Digitally manage housekeeping with Blynk”

Pros : This software helped me to bring housekeeping management of my hotel chain in place, thus reducing the complaints from guests about the quality of service rendered. Blynk Hotel Application allows me to deploy digital housekeeping management for my hotel for efficient cleaning purposes.

Cons : No significant cons as such to be honest! It would be great if the software gets supported on the Ubuntu platform as well. That would be good for many Ubuntu users.

“In-room dining feature enhances customer satisfaction”

Pros : Blynk Hotel Application has made it very easy to look into the satisfaction of guests of my hotel business. The software comes with an in-room dining feature, which improved customer satisfaction levels to a great extent. I am thankful to Techjockey for suggesting me to try Blynk Hotel Application.

Cons : No complaints at all with the technical aspects of the software. But just a small request to the management would be to extend the support to macOS.
