Before Fleetx, a vehicle could go too long without maintenance — causing breakdowns and high repair costs. With reminders, I keep up proactively.

Pros : Fleetx reminds me about servicing, tyres, inspections, vehicle documentation. That helps avoid penalties and breakdowns.

Cons : The schedule reminder module could allow more flexibility (e.g. varying intervals, exceptions).

Reason to switch : I switched because manual reminders were unreliable; Fleetx’s built-in alerts ensure nothing is missed.

“Great Value in Reporting & Analytics”

Having clear dashboards and reports improves my visibility over fleet costs and helps me plan maintenance. The reminders for service, insurance, and legal compliance also reduce risk.

Pros : Report generation is excellent; valuable metrics on trips, distance, utilization, reminders for servicing etc.

Cons : Some report customizations are limited; I wish I could more easily drill down by driver or route.

Pros : Value for money is good; many modules included that in older tools were extras. Fleetx offers a strong set of features without requiring expensive add-ons.

Cons : For very large fleets, scaling costs can add up.

Reason to switch : I moved from a more expensive enterprise product because it had cost overheads without significantly better features for my fleet size. Fleetx gave a better ROI.

I often have support queries (vehicle setups, route info etc). Fleetx’s support resolves issues fast, which makes a difference in daily operations. Delays in tracking are annoying but managed.

Pros : Customer support is very good. The Fleetx team responds quickly and is cooperative.

Cons : At times, real-time tracking has delays.

Reason to switch : I moved away from a provider with slow support turnaround; Fleetx offered fast, cooperative help which minimizes downtime.
