“Entry-level option for small businesses”

Pros : I really like the upgrade cycle provided by Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform (VSP) 590. The best part is the data at rest encryption. As a mid-size organization, selection and segregation procedures get quite hectic, but this particular Hitachi VSP E variant enabled access to composite features in a seamless manner.

Cons : My only issue, not a deal-breaker though, is the customer support. I live in a remote location, and while the service is good, sometimes they take their time to respond to troubleshooting.

Reason to switch : I was looking for better upgrade options which my previous contract did not provide. Further AI-driven administration facilities offered by the same turned out to be quite attractive.

“A seamless solution for day to day business needs”

Pros : I have been using this for more than 2 months now, no problem faced so far. The performance bandwidth of the particular is 22Gb/s which turned out to be quite effective for my business. The best part is the NVMe storage protocol compatibility which assures parallel I/O capabilities and fast response times.

Cons : The user interface is on the average side, but this is relatively cheaper than others like IBM.

Reason to switch : 100% data availability guarantee made me switch to the Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform E590.

“Hassle-free storage provisioning and application delivery”

Pros : My team is able to enhance the application deliverability while reducing manual tasks by 70%. The best in class and ultra-low latency performance provided by this Hitachi storage platform from the E series helped with efficiency enhancement.

Cons : I have not faced any issues until now

Reason to switch : The service I was using previously was not that great. On the other hand, Hitachi VSP 590 offers time tested performance scalability and availability.
