“Best SMB Firewall - Checkpoint 1800”

Pros : Easy to use GUI. Setup is one touch and very easy within 10 minutes with pre defined security settings. Pre Defined security settings are enough in normal Internet usage case. 1800 box is comparatively cheap with extended RAM and redundant power supply. Highly recommended in 500-600 nodes with multiple ISPs.

Cons : Advance features only available in enterprise FW. Micro control is difficult via GUI. Technical support normally takes long waiting i.e. few hours.

Switched from : SonicWall TZ Series (NGFW)

Reason to switch : Sonicwall TZ product end of life and license also expired.
