“600+ Carriers? But Rural Reach Lags”
Shipway lists 600+ courier options with smart routing, which is awesome. But a few orders to Tier-4 towns couldn’t be delivered because no local partner was onboarded. That was a letdown.
Pros : Covers many couriers, AI-driven selection
Cons : Limited reach in remote areas

“Overcharge & Ticket Woes”
I needed branded tracking and label printing—that works well. But support tickets get auto-closed without resolution, and the wallet deducts for RTOs with no proof. It feels scammy and makes me second-guess usage.

“Returns Portal Is Sweet—Until It Breaks”
