Pros : TranscribeMe has helped me with a variety of translation services. I have used them to transcribe interviews, conference calls, and more. Their team of experts has been able to work with the most complicated files. The data transcription is always accurate, and I have been able to use it for a variety of purposes. I’m happy with the results and their pricing is fair.

Cons : I had absolutely no negative experiences with this service.

Reason to switch : The transcriptions were inaccurate in every line, and the software added new sentences regarding subjects I didn't even mention.

Pros : The International Coach Federation endorses TranscribeMe because of the accuracy and high quality of their transcription of audio files. I send all of my transcripts to them. I adore Transcribe because when we place an order, they review the customer's file and account to give them the chance to suggest changes or improvements that will benefit the consumer. They also answer the phone and handle difficulties in a very professional manner. They can recall the client by name. Additionally, they add discount coupons to the standard costs. It is a straightforward, user-friendly piece of software.

“Reliable and Professional Transcripts”

Pros : Although the findings appear to be excellent and there don't appear to be many trustworthy options, the software bugs and lack of customer service support may be very annoying. It is quite simple to source quotes because the findings are always highly accurate and presented in a neat tabular format with timestamps.

Cons : On this platform, I've encountered a tonne of bugs where, when I save a recording, it doesn't appear as ready for transcription or even as being processed for a full day. When it has happened, I have emailed customer service about it, but I never got a response.
