“Great Local Support but Basic Malware Detection”
I appreciate that Guardian NetSecure has a local support team that is quick to help whenever I need assistance. However, its malware detection is basic, and I have read that it might struggle with newer or advanced threats.
Pros

Cons
It offers basic malware detection from my experience. I have read that it is not as effective against newer or advanced threats.
Reason to switch
I switched from 360 Total Security since it did not have the best support and was difficult to reach when I had issues.

Reason to switch
I switched from Avast because it feels too bloated with features I do not use. While Guardian NetSecure focuses on privacy protection, which is what I exactly needed.
