Open the MyGate app and go to the Helpdesk / Complaints section.

Tap Raise Complaint or Create Service Request.

Select the issue category, add details or photos if needed.

Submit it and track the status from the same section.

Open the MyGate app and go to the Visitors / Entries section.

Select Past Visitors or Entry Logs.

Filter by date or visitor type to view details.

You can see entry and exit timestamps for your flat.

MyGate authenticates deliveries using pre-approved entry and OTP verification.

Delivery agents are verified at the gate via the security app before entry.

Residents receive real-time notifications to approve or deny access.

All delivery entries are logged digitally for security and audit trails.

Open the MyGate app and go to the Visitors or Past Entries section.

Select the visitor profile or entry you want to block.

Tap Block Visitor or Mark as Not Allowed.

The visitor will be automatically denied entry for future visits.

Open the MyGate app and go to Amenities.

Select the paid amenity and choose the date and time slot.

Tap Proceed to Pay and select a payment method (UPI/card/net banking).

Complete the payment and confirm the booking in the app.

The Leave at Gate module lets residents authorize delivery staff to leave parcels at the security gate.

Residents enable this option for specific deliveries in the app.

Security verifies the delivery and stores the package safely at the gate.

The resident gets a notification for pickup later.

MyGate accepts a these range of payment methods, including UPI, Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex, Diners), Net Banking, and digital Wallets.

• Open the MyGate app and go to Daily Help.
• Select the helper’s profile to view attendance logs.
• Check daily check-in/check-out details from the activity history.
• Tap Rate / Give Feedback to submit your rating and comments.

• Open the MyGate app and go to Payments or Maintenance Dues.
• Select the due you want to pay and tap Pay Now.
• Choose your payment mode (UPI, card, net banking).
• Complete the payment and view the confirmation/receipt in the app.

• Open the MyGate app and go to My Flat / Vehicles.
• Tap Add Vehicle to enter details or select an existing vehicle.
• Choose Edit or Remove Vehicle as needed.
• Save changes so security can recognise your vehicle at entry.
