Good UI, nice marketing tools provided here, which is essential for salons and spas

Pros : The UI is excellent, and the features available fit my salon and spa needs. Online weblink appointments are so quick and easy that our customers are happy about this. Also, the Android and iOS for booking appointments is excellent; it showcases my brand to my customers with no hidden charges and convenience charges.

Cons : Salonify is a solid platform but has room for improvement. It offers limited customization for unique salon workflows and occasionally experiences glitches in appointment scheduling. The mobile app could be more refined, reporting features might fall short for larger salons, and integration with third-party tools is somewhat restricted.

Switched from : Mio Salon, Respark, Dingg, Easy Salon

Reason to switch : pricing is high compared to Salonify, service is worst by Easy Salon they force selling and least bothered about the support, Mio Salon its complex not so well built, Respark a very poor software compared to all, Dingg no marketing and no proper support
