“Excellent virus protection”

Pros : I love Virustotal! This is an amazing site and it has saved me and my laptop from dangerous malware, viruses and Trojans. I plan to use it for a long time and would definitely recommend it to others.

Cons : No, there is nothing wrong with this service.

Reason to switch : Intezer Analyze is a complex platform with numerous features, which can be difficult to learn and use.

“The best online virus and malware scanner”

Pros : I already have Kaspersky installed on my laptop, but still I use VirusTotal as the secondary protection against Trojans, malware and viruses. It is very simple to use as you just have to upload a file to the website and it is scanned within a few seconds. Moreover, you can also scan website URL before clicking them to verify their safety.

“Reliable and Effective Virus Protection”

Pros : VirusTotal allows me to analyze any suspicious files, URLs, IPs and domains to detect malware. Plus, it can automatically share those threats with the security community. If you are looking for reliable and effective threat detection software, then you should choose VirusTotal. Believe me, you'll be proud of your decision.

Cons : What I don't like about VirusTotal is that at times it can be a bit slow.

Reason to switch : MetaDefender can sometimes generate false positives, which means that it can mistakenly identify clean files as malicious.
