What is BillDesk?

Usually, a payment that has been processed through BillDesk cannot be canceled. If there was a payment error, you will need to dispute it with the biller directly because BillDesk does not permit transactions to be canceled once they have been processed.

There is no restriction on the number of bills that you can register for as long as the biller is available in the list provided.

The confirmation email with the transaction ID that you get after a successful transaction becomes your primary proof of payment when you pay through BillDesk. You can also confirm the payment on your bank statement, which will display the charge along with the relevant transaction details from the biller via BillDesk.

You can use the transaction reference number which was provided in the email or SMS you received after completing the payment to view your transaction details and track the status of your BillDesk payment. Additionally, you can check your payment history by logging into your BillDesk account.

• Open your Billdesk account
• Navigate to the ‘Quick Pay’ section
• Hit Pay Now
• Choose your biller
• Input the bill details with due amount and select payment mode to proceed. The registration of billers is not required.
