A segment can be created in different ways in WebEngage, to do so follow the steps given below:

  • Open your WebEngage account
  • Navigate to the campaign creation interface
  • Now click on the Create Segment option

  • Navigate to the Static Lists Hub
  • Press the Plus icon
  • Click on Create with Segment Editor and create a targeted segment depending on user’s traits, location, and more.
