To delete Universal Analytics tags go to tag manager on the accounts screen. Then click on the Google tags tab and select the Google tag you would like to delete. Now, go to Admin' tab, in the Manage Google tag section, select Delete from the menu. Select the checkbox of your preference, then click Delete.
