To withdraw employees’ claim request application, admin should follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to Admin portal
  • Go to Workflow > Monitor > Claims. This will open the Claims page
  • Use the Employee, List, and Applied Date filters to select the specific options for customizing the application list.
  • Click on the application card that you want. The card will open and show a form with details like Claim Number and Date, Claimed Amount, Claim Invoice, and Workflow History.
  • You can also view the Timeline that tracks the application's progress.
  • To cancel the employee's claim request, click on the Withdraw option.
  • A confirmation message will appear.

To run Payroll in greytHR log into the admin portal by using your login credentials. Then navigate to Payroll and go into Payroll Inputs and select Employee LOP Days. In Employee LOP Days go to Payroll Month page and click on appears. Then add LOP Days and update Employee LOP Days page will appear. In the Employee field, select a particular employee from the drop-down list and type in the number of days. Lastly, add an appropriate note in the Remarks text box and click Save.
