“useful service providing”

Pros : Sorabh at Techjockey was very helpful in providing me with 4 suggested programs. Without his advice and suggestions we would have spent countless hours reviewing too many similar programs. He gave us a range, including very popular and not so well known. Based on some basic information and our criteria all 4 were possible candidates. He also gave us some information on evaluating both the software and the pricing structures. Great job, thanks!

“it's easy to use and good UI”

Pros : The technology is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. It offers pharmacists a wide range of solutions to handle patients with compliance, formulary difficulties, and other concerns. This system was simple to understand.

“Stock management made easy”

Pros : This software has helped me to monitor the product distribution of my pharmaceutical industry and also to improve quality control measures. With CBO Infotech, I can also control my stock and keep track of all the expired ones.

Cons : There are no such issues with this software and I am totally happy with its features.

“Effective workflow management”

Pros : CBO Infotech software helps with efficient workflow process management in my drug manufacturing unit. It streamlines the entire process of manufacturing and helps manage the workflow process with balances and checks to rectify the errors that might happen during the production of medicines.

Cons : CBO Infotech is not very easily integrable with other applications, which I was looking for to make different processes easier.

“Managed my medicine supply chain efficiently”

Pros : The software helps me to manage the supply chain of medicines. I was also relieved to find that CBO Infotech Pharma ERP comes with an inbuilt supply chain management. Additionally, it helps manage the finances of my store effectively.

Cons : I found that the software doesn’t run on iOS.

“Very Worst Software Never seen in my Experience and Very Poor Customer Support”

Pros : The Like of the application is easy to Access anywhere and the Patch update process is very simple in desktop application. Apart from this nothing is there like.

Cons : All Feature are Least. and not worthy to use. There is no proper Purchase Procurement planning, There is no Structured or customizable report and print settings, There is Effective audit reports for every transaction. Most of the screen restricted with some default password. Need to spend much more time in any reporting or Analytical works. Etc, etc.

Reason to switch : Very Poor Support and Every day face some challenge.
