I've used Geta AI for months, and it has completely transformed my work with artificial intelligence. Pros : Geta AI offers intelligent algorithms that deliver superior, accurate results and cut task times from hours to minutes. The beautiful, intuitive UI is effortless to use, and the platform is supported by responsive customer service and regular updates.

Cons : Although my time with Geta AI has been great, a minor improvement would be to include more pre-built templates and examples. This would help new users get started even faster on common use cases

“End to end engagement platform that helps you scale your business!”

Geta.ai makes it incredibly easy to build and launch AI chatbots without writing any code. We have used it to automate lead qualification, handle FAQs and route complex queries to our team all from one unified inbox. The multi channel support is a huge plus, letting us connect with customers through chat, email, WhatsApp etc. It saves time, boosts response speed and keeps our engagement running 24*7. The setup was quick and the platform integrates well with our CRM and existing tools.

Pros : UI of Geta is very easy to use even for non-techy people. The chatbot replies instantly and handles most customer questions on its own. It works across multiple platforms so we don’t miss leads. Setting up automations is quick and it saves a lot of manual effort.

Cons : Currently I have not come across any specific con. I will update this review once I find any improvement.

Reason to switch : Geta helps our marketing team reply to customers faster, keeps all chats in one place and takes care of routine questions so the team can focus on more important tasks

“Reliable and easy to use Engagement tool”

Geta.ai is a very affordable engagement tool used by our company to provide best support, collect and manage leads and also engage our audience through various modern marketing methods.

Pros : I Liked how effortlessly we could collect leads using bots and Forms, then manage them in the contact module, and nurture leads using automation, all on a single platform.

Cons : The UI Get more advanced for easier navigation. YouTube presence and Guidance videos will also be helpful.

Cons : The biggest challenge with Geta.ai is the initial learning curve. Because the platform offers so many features, it can be overwhelming for new users. Setting up bots, broadcasts, and automation flows can take time if you're not familiar with the interface. While the support team is helpful, the documentation and tutorials could be more detailed and beginner-friendly. With better onboarding and in-app guidance, the user experience for first-timers could be significantly improved.
