“Great ROI for Small Stays, Just Mind the Gaps”
As a 15room B&B owner, I moved from BookingSuite to HotelRunner and saw more website bookings almost immediately. It’s a solid value. That said, payout support isn’t 24/7 and promo features are still basic.
Pros : Combines channel manager + booking engine costeffectively
Cons : Lacks 24/7 support and advanced features

Reason to switch : Booking master was not as comprehensive as HotelRunner.

“Boosted My Direct Bookings Easily”
I left Booking.com-only bookings to add HotelRunner’s widget. Now our site converts better and we avoid commissions. Styling is decent but I wish we could tweak fonts/colors more without dev help.
