“Good Software!”

Pros : PLM has the ability to create task workstreams and pertinent text boxes to maintain data. The benefit that we have realized from this management system is exporting the data to a usable format and using it for reporting and tracking purposes.

Cons : The PLM tool is not user friendly. When I was onboarded, we did not have any good training materials so I had to rely on my colleagues and written standard operating procedures to execute and complete tasks.

“Help to proper software”

Pros : I was curious and put a "feeler" out there and was contacted the next day. They asked a few questions and put me in touch with 2 companies tailor made to what would fit for our company. Good experience.
