“Great customer service by Zalvis”

Whenever I have an issue or question, I contact Zalvis by phone and rarely wait as long as 5 minutes to speak with someone - who speaks English clearly and correctly. That person then resolves any issue or answers any question. I certainly makes my life easier. I only wish that Zalvis provided customer service to other areas in my life.

Pros : Great customer service experience with Zalvis. The support agents are very knowledgeable and know how to handle customer queries with most effective solutions.

Cons : They offer only limited options to get customer support, like email, phone, chat. It would be nice if they offer whatsapp or Messenger support.

Switched from : Website Designing and Development

Reason to switch : Zalvis offers more cheaper prices at similar value. So it's obvious for me to save some money.

“Zalvis truly care about the needs and concerns of real people.”

What made my experience great was the real-life care and concern that my representative showed as it pertained to my account situation. Though times are hard for everyone. It eases the load a lot to know that Zalvis has representatives who truly care about the needs and concerns of real people.

Pros : A great support oriented company, who knows their staff very well. I haven't waited more than 5 minutes go get a support agent from support desk.

Cons : Sometimes they offer add-on services and try to upsell them to customers, which is annoying for me.

Reason to switch : I am not a tech expert but I have started using Zalvis to minimise my anxiety and time spent on technical tasks. Now I can focus more on my website rather than server related stuff.
