“Excellent Support but Wish Some Niche Integrations Were Faster”

When we went live, the support team helped set everything up and resolve early issues. But for a few of our less common apps, we had to wait or build custom connectors.

Pros : The Zluri support / onboarding teams are frequently praised as responsive, helpful, and attentive. Implementing with their help felt smoother than expected.

Cons : Some integrations (especially with niche or custom internal apps) are delayed or require workarounds, which adds manual effort.

Reason to switch : We used custom scripts and internal tools before, but they couldn’t scale. Zluri’s support + broader out-of-box integrations made life easier, even though some gaps remain.

“Saved Me During Renewal Surprises, but Learning Curve Exists”

I used to get surprised by renewals in SaaS I’d forgotten. Zluri’s alerts and dashboards now flag upcoming renewals well before expiry. I can plan budgets better.

Pros : The renewal monitoring, alerts, forecast tools have prevented auto-renewals and surprise charges. Good spend forecasting.

Cons : Because of all features, there's a learning curve; initial configuration (scanning/integration/discovery) took more time than expected. Also, some features (for niche apps) are still in development.

Reason to switch : I switched from manual tracking via spreadsheets because of mistakes and forgotten renewals. Zluri’s automation reduced that risk significantly.

“Great Dashboard & Analytics, but Custom Report Needs More Flexibility”

I use Zluri to produce monthly SaaS spend reports for finance and operations. It’s generally great. But once I needed a custom metric combining usage + security risk for a subset of apps, and had to do manual export + spreadsheet work.

Pros : The dashboards are visually clear; stakeholder-friendly reports; ability to view usage, cost by department. Users love the renewal alerts.

Cons : When stakeholders want very custom reports or unusual data slices, existing report templates are sometimes insufficient; custom fields or report fields can be rigid.

Switched from : Torii

Reason to switch : I moved from Torii (which had relatively limited analytics customization), because Zluri’s dashboards are more usable and the renewal alert features are much better.

“Strong Compliance Tools, But Setup Took Time”

Because we're regulated, we needed strong compliance. Zluri’s access certification features and risk assessment dashboards help us stay ahead of audits. It reduced our audit workload significantly.

Pros : The multi-level access review workflows, risk dashboards, and audit-ready reports are great. They help with regulatory compliance (SOC2, ISO etc.).

Cons : Early on, setting up compliance rules, thresholds, and onboarding the relevant stakeholders took more effort than planned. Some documentation is light.

Switched from : SailPoint

Reason to switch : I switched from a traditional IGA vendor, but they were expensive and less SaaS-centric. Zluri gave a more tailored solution focused on SaaS environments and quicker ROI.

“Helpful UI & Continuous Improvement, but Browser Agent Limitations Hurt”

We wanted full visibility across browser usage and desktop apps. The restrictions (e.g. separate profile) meant some blind spots. That said, what is captured is useful.

Pros : UI is clean; continuous improvements from Zluri show; review and response from team is good.

Cons : The browser agent needs a separate Chrome profile, and the desktop agent only captures desktop applications not both. That limits visibility in mixed use environments.

Switched from : Productiv

Reason to switch : I switched because my prior tool had fewer such agent limitations but lacked cost optimization. With Zluri I trade some visibility edge for stronger cost control and support.

“Cost Optimization Is What I Needed Most”

My goal was to reduce SaaS waste. Zluri’s spend breakdowns helped me spot redundancies and negotiate better renewals. It has saved us money by cancelling unused apps.

Pros : Zluri gave good recommendations about overlapping subscriptions, under-used licenses; the renewal alert feature prevents surprise charges.

Cons : The reporting customization for specific stakeholders can be limiting; sometimes the UX in certain parts feels clunky.

Switched from : Bettercloud

Reason to switch : I used BetterCloud originally, but Zluri seemed more cost-effective, with better renewal tracking and spend forecasting.

“Visibility Over Our SaaS Stack Saved Us During Audits”

I used Zluri mainly to get control over shadow IT, unused licenses, and audit risk. It’s been excellent for that. Being able to offboard access centrally means fewer security gaps.

Pros : Zluri lets me see exactly what software is assigned to which employee. The dashboards are intuitive, onboarding/offboarding automations help, and cost insights are useful.

Cons : Some software we use isn’t integrated yet; there’s still manual work for those.

Switched from : Torii

Reason to switch : I switched from Torii because while Torii was decent for basic SaaS visualization, Zluri offered better cost optimization, deeper integrations, and stronger automations for onboarding/offboarding.

“High ROI, Especially for Mid-Market, But Growing Pains in Complexity”

For a mid-sized company, Zluri improved our SaaS governance and cost control quickly. But as we scaled up, we needed more dedicated configuration time and internal ownership.

Pros : Many users note that value for money is good, especially as the tool scales; you uncover cost savings.

Cons : As you add more apps, workflows, and compliance rules, overhead (initial setup, maintenance) increases. The complexity can overwhelm smaller teams.

Switched from : CloudEagle

Reason to switch : I switched from simpler tools because they hit limits in visibility and automation. Zluri gave increased control and features, though required more initial work.

I used to spend a lot of time manually removing access when employees left; Zluri now largely does that automatically — with reminders, workflows, and approvals. Big time saver.

Pros : Automated workflows in Zluri for user access management, onboarding/offboarding, access reviews reduce manual tickets and admin manpower.

Cons : Some access review configurations are still manual; thresholds aren’t always adjustable.

Switched from : Blissful

Reason to switch : I switched because spreadsheets were error prone and lacked automation. Zluri gave a more reliable, safer way to manage access lifecycle.

“Discovery Engine Uncovered Tools I Didn’t Even Know We Had”

Before Zluri, I had no idea how many unsanctioned apps my team was using. Now I can see them, classify them, and decide what to keep/discard. The discovery has been eye-opening.

Pros : The SaaS/app discovery features are really strong — even identifying apps installed via browser and via employee usage that weren’t officially sanctioned.

Cons : For some niche or older apps, either the integration is missing or data isn’t as clean. Also initial setup takes effort.

Switched from : Productiv

Reason to switch : I switched from Productiv because Productiv’s discovery and shadow IT detection were weaker, and its pricing seemed higher for what we were getting. Zluri gave better visibility.
