“Once we figured it out (took us 2–3 days ngl), the team started using it daily. The GPS thing works well even in like, weird signal areas. Especially useful in UP side. Reimbursements also auto-calculate, no more back and forth with accounts. One more thing, the punch-in with face recognition kinda forced our lazy reps to be on time, which is great but also scary lol.”

“My team travels across 6 cities in Rajasthan. This thing works even in Churu where Jio dies. I get reports every evening. Geo-fence is good, but we had to create like 30 of them. Takes time but once done, chill. Also helpful to track visits to doctors and chemists. Reps like that they don’t have to write stuff in diaries anymore.”

“Attendance, GPS, travel claims—it’s all in one place now. That alone makes it worth it. Agents don’t need to send location on WhatsApp anymore. They just punch-in, finish task, and done. Dashboard is clean enough. We created task types like sample pick-up and doctor visit and it helped organize daily workflow. Face ID check-ins = no more buddy punching. Also love that it supports multiple locations across cities.”

“Dashboard looks like it’s from 2012. Just saying. Also, too many notifications, like WHY do I need to know Ramesh was 3 mins late? Chill. Our finance guy couldn’t find half the reports on first try. Needs filters. And one guy said it logs him out randomly but I haven’t seen that. So yeah, could improve.”

“Please make the app more colourful. It looks sad. Also, we needed Rx tracking, which it doesn’t have. So for pharma, it’s like 60% of what we need. DCR yes, detailing no. That part still on WhatsApp. And managers can’t see some KPIs unless you export manually.”

“Can’t collect payments inside the app. If agent takes cash, we still do manual tally. Would be great if UPI or cash record option was there. Also, appointment rescheduling is clunky—you have to delete and re-assign. And no way to get customer feedback post-visit. That’s a big miss in our sector.”
