“Not gonna lie... we expected less, but Empfly surprised us with how much it covers”
App tracks, reports, manages... not 100% perfect, but covers most real-world field needs.
Pros : Attendance, GPS, travel claims—it’s all in one place now. That alone makes it worth it. Agents don’t need to send location on WhatsApp anymore. They just punch-in, finish task, and done. Dashboard is clean enough. We created task types like sample pick-up and doctor visit and it helped organize daily workflow. Face ID check-ins = no more buddy punching. Also love that it supports multiple locations across cities.
Cons : Can’t collect payments inside the app. If agent takes cash, we still do manual tally. Would be great if UPI or cash record option was there. Also, appointment rescheduling is clunky—you have to delete and re-assign. And no way to get customer feedback post-visit. That’s a big miss in our sector.

“It helped us reduce fake attendance... but training the team was more painful than expected”
Pros : We wanted something simple but powerful. Geo-fencing + facial recognition combo is exactly what we needed. Now no one can mark attendance from home and say site visit done. We also created audit forms, worked like a charm. Reports are solid, and the app hasn’t crashed even once. Offline mode is legit useful for remote clinics.
Cons : Older team members kept asking how to use this thing. Took 2 sessions and then 1-on-1 calls. UX is not friendly for someone using WhatsApp all their life. Also, I wish tasks could be reassigned without deleting. No feature for team collaboration yet. And no push alerts to patients if visit is late—that would be super helpful for our lab business.

“Honestly...wasn’t expecting it to work this well for our random, chaotic field team but it did”
Okay so at first we were super confused with setup... but it got better after some handholding.
Pros : Once we figured it out (took us 2–3 days ngl), the team started using it daily. The GPS thing works well even in like, weird signal areas. Especially useful in UP side. Reimbursements also auto-calculate, no more back and forth with accounts. One more thing, the punch-in with face recognition kinda forced our lazy reps to be on time, which is great but also scary lol.
Cons : Dashboard looks like it’s from 2012. Just saying. Also, too many notifications, like WHY do I need to know Ramesh was 3 mins late? Chill. Our finance guy couldn’t find half the reports on first try. Needs filters. And one guy said it logs him out randomly but I haven’t seen that. So yeah, could improve.

“Good app for tracking, but not exactly foolproof—people still find loopholes if they want to”
Helps 80%, rest depends on how smart your field staff is in cheating the system lol
Pros : So we can track people now. Great. Notifications come fast, I know when someone skipped a visit. Tasks can be pushed from backend and team gets real-time alerts. Geo attendance helps but only when zone is tightly defined. If not, people sit outside the site and mark present. Still, 10x better than Excel-based logs. Reports come on email, which is useful.
Cons : Needs an IVR or call record option. Also, the team asks why we can’t see our performance—they feel blind. The dashboard is the manager level. Reps just get basic views. Also, muting notifications after 7 PM should be the default. People complain it's too intrusive. Web access for field reps is also missing.

“We’ve been using it for 4 months now... a few bugs, but mostly doing its job well”
We track, assign, reimburse—all from the app now. Can’t imagine going back to manual.
Pros : Every morning we assign 100+ tasks. Earlier it was Excel, calls, chaos. Now the app pushes it. Agents know their work, and we can see who's lagging. Route tracking is solid. Reimbursements come pre-filled—saves 4-5 hours/week easily. Custom forms helped us digitize our field checklists too. Setup was fast.
Cons : There’s a bug when someone is offline for more than 2 days—it doesn’t sync old data well. Also, I wish dashboard had drag-and-drop views or filters by technician skill. Sometimes feels like a one-size-fits-all tool, but our business has complex setups. Also, role-wise app download is confusing. One link for all would be better.

“Useful if your team is not lying to you... this helps you catch lies lol”
We use it mostly to make sure they are where they say. And it works.
Pros : My team travels across 6 cities in Rajasthan. This thing works even in Churu where Jio dies. I get reports every evening. Geo-fence is good, but we had to create like 30 of them. Takes time but once done, chill. Also helpful to track visits to doctors and chemists. Reps like that they don’t have to write stuff in diaries anymore.
Cons : Please make the app more colourful. It looks sad. Also, we needed Rx tracking, which it doesn’t have. So for pharma, it’s like 60% of what we need. DCR yes, detailing no. That part still on WhatsApp. And managers can’t see some KPIs unless you export manually.

“It tracks people yes but doesn’t mean they’ll do work lol still better than nothing”
We got this thinking it’ll fix field work problems but humans...still gonna human. App is fine tho.
Pros : It shows where the person is. That’s all we cared for. We caught two guys who were chilling at home and said they went to client site lol. So it works. Also expenses are now less of a fight. Earlier everyone used to make up kms and tolls, now it’s clear. Also works without net, big win for Bihar teams.
Cons : Doesn’t make people do work...like it tells you someone was there but not what they did exactly. Also app sometimes hangs on older Android phones (our team has like 5 versions lol). Reports are fine but only on laptop... mobile report sucks. UX needs major rethink.

“It does the job... unless you want fancy stuff. Good for tracking, mid for everything else”
Used for 6 months now. Some love it. Some hate it. But it works.
Pros : I can open dashboard and see who is where. That’s a win already. HR also uses it to approve leave now. Attendance is fair... unless someone forgets to click. The expense thing saves 1 day of paperwork per week. Also works offline which is rare these days. Our drivers love that.
Cons : Tasks can only be assigned to one person. Why? We do team work often. No way to split. Also there is no CRM inside, so still need another software. Oh and older staff don’t like mobile-only version. Want desktop. Also, UX is not intuitive... had to train 3 times.

“Overall good product”
Pros : My field team used to say things like Sir, I'm nearby only, and now we can see if they’re lying or not. That’s the win. We set zones, and punch-in only works in the hospital area. Face thing works 8/10 times. Custom forms are good—we use one for sample feedback. The expense auto-calc helped too, saved our HR team a lot of phone calls. Works even without a signal.
