“We use Empfly mostly for knowing where people are... not perfect but still super useful”

Umm so ya we got it for our sales team, helps us like track people but ya not magic

Pros : It shows live location, so if someone says I’m at site, we can check and know the truth. Earlier, we used to call five times to confirm; now it’s done with a click. Attendance with face recognition is cool, but it never catches one guy properly. The expense part is awesome—before it was Excel, now auto, team is happy. App runs okay on most phones and support team helped set it up fast.

Cons : I wish reps could get their own report... they keep asking me sir how many visits I did and I have to export for them. Also, notifs are TOO MANY. Like every small thing—late, log, early out—ding ding ding. Gets annoying. Our ops guy said he wants more graphs in dashboard. It’s all numbers now. Also wish tasks could be split between people, sometimes 2-3 go together but app only allows 1.

“Not gonna lie... we expected less, but Empfly surprised us with how much it covers”

App tracks, reports, manages... not 100% perfect, but covers most real-world field needs.

Pros : Attendance, GPS, travel claims—it’s all in one place now. That alone makes it worth it. Agents don’t need to send location on WhatsApp anymore. They just punch-in, finish task, and done. Dashboard is clean enough. We created task types like sample pick-up and doctor visit and it helped organize daily workflow. Face ID check-ins = no more buddy punching. Also love that it supports multiple locations across cities.

Cons : Can’t collect payments inside the app. If agent takes cash, we still do manual tally. Would be great if UPI or cash record option was there. Also, appointment rescheduling is clunky—you have to delete and re-assign. And no way to get customer feedback post-visit. That’s a big miss in our sector.
