“I am user of KDK spectrum Software and The KDK giving very poor service for worst software. Their thinking is after selling the software they have totally ignore the after sale service for the same and it is not at all important for them to provide after sale service to the customer.Once product is sold their job is done. They have the customer care service but hardly we could connect to the customer care executive and if it gets connected also reply is same as always kindly revert over the email . The executives are highly untrained and unprofessional and will always revert like a moron . In majority of the calls their speaking behavior along with the tone is very rude even after confronting them about the mistake they don't even apologize for the same. I am really feeling sorry for the choice I have made. I will advise to all CA, CS And Tax consultant professional not to buy their products.” NITIN AGRAWAL - Apr 25, 2020
