  • Mobile app integration – Embed or integrate with the UMANG app or similar, so employees can link Aadhaar → UAN by themselves (OTP + Face RD) on their phone. 
  • HRMS workflow update & tracking – Introduce a status field in HRMS for Aadhaar-seeded  / Linking complete and ensure employees’ self-linking automatically updates this flag (via API or batch feed from EPFO).
  • Employee onboarding prompts & instructions – Make sure the onboarding module sends notifications/instructions (mobile number must be Aadhaar-linked, download Face RD app etc) so employees know how to complete the link.
  •  Compliance & audit reporting – HRMS dashboard that shows % employees with Aadhaar linked → UAN, tracks exceptions/mismatches, and flags employees whose link is pending (for payroll/EPF compliance)."
