“User friendly interface”
Pros
Good looking and fluid UI. They are new in the market but have a good future. They helped us and provided good automation solution by not only integrating the software with our day to day but also helped us with machine automation. One of the best thing about this software is they provide automated calculations for test results.
Cons
They only have automated reporting right now, but are testing their organizational structure feature with us. Their plan is to provide complete 17025 solution to the laboratories. Good work till now.
Reason to switch
Helped us with automatic result calculation on the basis of our input.
