“October CMS gave me the simplicity I needed for my projects”
I moved to October CMS from Drupal because I wanted something more lightweight and simpler to manage. October CMS fit the bill by offering the core functionality I needed without too much overhead.
Pros
October CMS has been great for my projects because of how straightforward it is. I appreciated its simplicity and how it allowed me to build websites without unnecessary features that just get in the way. The integration with Laravel also made it a breeze to add custom functionalities, which I couldn’t do with other CMS options.
Cons
One limitation I found with October CMS was that it isn’t as feature-rich as some other CMS options out there. If you’re looking for something with a lot of built-in features, this may not be for you. There’s also a smaller community, so finding help for specific problems isn’t always easy.
Reason to switch
I needed a lighter, easier-to-manage CMS for smaller-scale projects.
