To configure this in Keka, go to Settings then navigate to Payroll. In Payroll look for PF and ESI Settings. On Provident Fund & ESI Setting screen choose Allow PF calculated as the percentage of Basic Salary beyond Statutory Minimum. Once this option is selected it will calculate PF as 12% of Basic for all employees irrespective of the Basic amount.
