One of the best HRMS platforms we have come across is PeopleStrong. It is a comprehensive platform which covers most of the use cases you may have and the team and the support is excellent. They have plans for enterprises and growing companies. They have a lot of large enterprise clients, so their system is well tuned for complex use cases, and there is a lot of configuration that can be done too.

Two things stood out for me in comparison with many of the other platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and other competitors :

  1. The mobile app is excellent. It is totally consumer grade, and the users will have no trouble learning to use it.
  2. The second is their expertise in implementation. These guys are pros who have aced many complex implementations and integrations. They don't outsource this. They do it themselves and it shows.
