One of the best HRMS platforms we have come across is PeopleStrong. It is a comprehensive platform which covers most of the use cases you may have and the team and the support is excellent. They have plans for enterprises and growing companies. They have a lot of large enterprise clients, so their system is well tuned for complex use cases, and there is a lot of configuration that can be done too.

Two things stood out for me in comparison with many of the other platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and other competitors :

The mobile app is excellent. It is totally consumer grade, and the users will have no trouble learning to use it.
The second is their expertise in implementation. These guys are pros who have aced many complex implementations and integrations. They don't outsource this. They do it themselves and it shows.

Here are key HRMS changes to enable employees to self-link Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) → UAN with Aadhaar via mobile app and log/track completion:

Mobile app integration – Embed or integrate with the UMANG app or similar, so employees can link Aadhaar → UAN by themselves (OTP + Face RD) on their phone.
HRMS workflow update & tracking – Introduce a status field in HRMS for Aadhaar-seeded / Linking complete and ensure employees’ self-linking automatically updates this flag (via API or batch feed from EPFO).
Employee onboarding prompts & instructions – Make sure the onboarding module sends notifications/instructions (mobile number must be Aadhaar-linked, download Face RD app etc) so employees know how to complete the link.
Compliance & audit reporting – HRMS dashboard that shows % employees with Aadhaar linked → UAN, tracks exceptions/mismatches, and flags employees whose link is pending (for payroll/EPF compliance)."
