“No WhatsApp Yet, But Classic SMS Does Its Job”

Pros : Stable promotional and transactional SMS service. For now, we just use classic SMS and Bulk SMS, India nails it—promos, alerts, reminders all delivered flawlessly. They don’t have WhatsApp or RCS yet though, which some competitors offer. If you just need SMS, though, this is solid.

Every message shows delivered or failed status immediately, and we use this data to clean our lists. The TRAI suffix (P/S/T/G) is respected too, which is important. Would love click tracking—right now it's just binary.
