“Finally, a billing+stock system built for my pharmacy”

In my pharmacy, we struggled with separate billing software and an Excel stock sheet. Switching to Digikhaata Pharmacy edition meant we have one system: billing at POS, stock movement tracked, expiry management, and reports for audit. It changed our workflow.

Pros : Digikhaata supports inventory/stock management, branch/user access control, billing/invoicing and GST-ready features.

Cons : Integration with other software platforms could be improved for seamless operations

“Expiry and lot tracking finally manageable”

In our pharmacy we were losing lots due to expired stock. With Digikhaata, we set minimum expiry alerts, track lots, and generate reports easily. That saved cost.

Pros : Digikhaata’s inventory supports tracking and alerts for low stock and is described as “inventory and accounting management” covering business types including pharmacies.

Cons : Advanced expiry/lot management workflows might still require manual steps.

“Solid for now, keeping an eye on scaling for future”

For our chain (two outlets) Digikhaata works very well and we are satisfied. That said, as we plan to open ten more outlets I’ll monitor how the software scales and whether we’ll need extra modules or bespoke customisation.

Pros : Good all-round solution for small/medium pharmacies: billing, stock, branch support, cloud.

Cons : Integration with other software platforms could be improved for seamless operations.
