“Excellent EMR software with extraordinary features”

Pros : Best software especially when it comes to mental health set ups. The software is perfectly designed for midsize and large healthcare organizations like hospitals, clinics as well as government health projects. They have superb service, an excellent support team, and provide good customization. They are open to modifications, implement suggestions and understand the need of the customer. The team makes sure to resolve doctors’ problems related to the software. That makes them stand out from other related software we have dealt with so far.

I recommend this is one of the best software for doctors for maintenance of Client details in cloud. Easy to use, access... It helps doctors for keeping the Client information safe and easy access anytime anywhere. I'm a happy customer for the software team problem solving, response, implementing new features.

“Interface is easy and intuitive to work with and has an acceptable learning curve”

Pros : We have been using Doctor 24By7 (formerly pWens) at Aashiana Hospital since late 2020. The interface is easy and intuitive to work with and has an acceptable learning curve. The Dr24x7 team has also been able to provide us with a customized version of the software that suits our requirements. The support and development teams are outstanding, with our queries and requirements being addressed promptly. We're very happy with our ongoing experience with DataWens and Dr24x7.

“Doctor 24 By7 is user friendly and one of the best available softwares.”

Pros : I’m using this for more than 4 years. The staff management is always in listening mode to update the software according to the requirements of individual needs and provide additional information to us for Research purposes if we need some special requirements of our database in a new research format. We have to encourage this type of organization who are doing their services in a humble way.

“Periodic updates are done and its very good”

Pros : I have been using doctor 24by7 since 4yrs. Its good,user friendly and adaptable to various settings. Any queries are resolved quickly and response from developers is satisfactory. Periodic updates are done and its very good.
