“Youthfull Function”

Pros : We are an exceptionally youthful organization, not exactly multi year old, concentrated on giving elite, global quality ladies' clothing like clubwear, underwear, nightwear, beachwear, resortwear, and so forth to the Indian ladies at a reasonable cost, through our eCommerce gateway – www.desifirangi.com. I am one of the authors, and I have adequate computerized learning, having been the Chief Strategy Officer for Solutions Digitas – India's driving advanced advertising administrations organization – in my past job, and having been engaged with structure the methodology for and setting up the Samsung India and HP India eStores. Along these lines, I know the sort of exertion, labor, time and spending plans that go into setting up and keeping up an expert eCom store.

“totally satisfied with the service”

Pros : I ordered a software from Techjockey. I expected it to come in the form of a CD to download. In fact, having queried this, I received a phone call explaining that I would simply have to download a code. Well I did and the downloading process was totally idiot proof. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend Techjockey to anyone.

“Good Inventory Management”

Pros : This software has solved all my issues related to inventory management for my business. It is fitted with a scalable system that shows the daily updates on the flow of inventory and generates compiled reports providing insightful analysis on the inventory of my business.

Cons : The software has single backend access, which is a bit disappointing. Also, the sales representatives are very laidback. I think with a little more positive attitude from the salespersons and the subsequent update of the software, it can become a great one.

“Order placement is so easy”

Pros : Kartrocket comes with a single view window that the customer support team of techjockey informed and explained to me. It allowed me to declutter my orders into multiple lists as per my requirement. This is truly amazing!

Cons : I think the quality of service offered by the sales personnel needs improvision. Additionally, the software lacks some basic features that are must for any eCommerce portal
