Cons : No cons in our usage and the support and data storage is very good. The MIS reports are very useful for us.

Reason to switch : The Data for the OPD, IPD & LAB was in one software and the pharmacy data was on another software. So, it was needed to be changed to get the scattered data in one place.

The scan module is also efficient. The best part is the pharmacy module, which offers many useful options such as dispensing, purchase orders, and indent issues. Finally, the lab module is highly beneficial for lab technicians, as the machine interface streamlines processes and eliminates manual work.

Pros : The software is very user-friendly, and its implementation process is well-structured. We use this software frequently, as it offers many useful features. One of the most valuable features is the machine interface, which helps eliminate manual work in the lab. The ease of integration is another great advantage. Lastly, the support provided is excellent, including ongoing assistance from the implementation team.

Cons : There are no dislikes about this software so far. It is very user-friendly across all modules. The machine interface, in particular, is extremely useful to me, as it eliminates manual work by automatically transferring data from the machine to the software. This automation makes the software highly efficient and convenient.
