“Excellent HMS software in the market”

Right from the signing of MOCDOC project followed by migration from existing software, implementation, training and 100% software utilization of MOCDOC was seamless and well coordinated. Customer Care and support team services are remarkable Sales Team did a great work right from demo, understanding our requirements, transparency in certain features not available in their current software etc gave us confidence to sign off this HMS. Overall a great experience.

Pros : The EMR & Ayurveda (IP) Therapy module was great. EMR made us paperless and elevated our Organisation profile.

Cons : There is a lack of MIS report which is mandatory for a chain of locations or facilities with multiple branches (ALL Branches or locations options not available). We can see revenues/collections/stocks or any MIS report for individual branches alone. Neither selection of branches or ALL is not available in MIS reports. This is a major setback for this software. The team has updated this will be fulfilled in near future. Hopefully this needs to be supported.

Pros : I am able to integrate between all my departments the software is so vigilant that my profit ratio has gone up by 30% we are able to maintain all patient database in a sequence, Earlier there was a difficulty with IT support and data. now it is comfortable and good

Cons : Staff teaching and training was for 10 days, however that was mostly my staff issue on understanding.
