“it's simple and easy to use”

Pros : I appreciate how simple it is to charge a medication claim using a variety of benefits.

Cons : I can't readily view some items on one screen as I used to. For instance, when before I could quickly see a patient's sort code (hospital location), I now had to hover over it. I also find it difficult to quickly view the status of a prescription.

Pros : As younger subscribers, that is simple to understand and execute. Analyzing & entering data generally simple processes.

Cons : I occasionally had trouble seeing all the notes.

“MocDoc Pharmacy Review”

Pros : Excellent accessibility, first-rate customer service, and hardware and software vertical integration. Rock-solid beta testing ensures that the final product functions almost effortlessly. The simple programme is simpler than any pharmaceutical software I've used before.

Cons : Sometimes it can be challenging to contact customer service. You would nearly always get a programmer to assist with troubleshooting in the early days of HBS. The procedure is not as streamlined now. Additionally, it's unlikely that your system will be adjustable if it has to meet a certain problem.

“Simple for newcomers do learn”

Pros : I do like the superior customer service provided during business hours. I like how useful it is for training new personnel. It is incredibly easy to use.

Cons : After 5pm, there is no assistance available unless you phone a different customer support number until the next working day.
