“SMS are always delivered fast & extensive support”

Pros : SMS are always delivered fast. I was able to integrate their SMS API in my website and App easily. I got a quick response from their customer support team while setting up. Very happy with the service and would recommend to my business friends. And above all I have to mention that I got extensive support from the team even on holidays...

“The ease of using Easy to send out texts”

Pros : MSGCLUB help us communicate quickly with our customers by sending a text whenever we answer a support question, they have an invoice and other communications. It speeds up the process of helping our customers and ensures quick customer service and support.

Cons : Nothing, it does exactly what we need it to. We probably under utilize the service.

“User interface is good and easy to use.”

Pros : Sales team cooperation is good. They cooperate even after payment. API is good and all details are given on website itself. I also talked to different companies for transactional SMS as a reseller but response of msgclub was fast compared to others. Their communication is fast and good. They helped us on each stage.

“Very good, very reasonably priced SMS gateway Serv”

Pros : Beyond the price, the service is easy to use, recharge, and very reliable. I have been using them for about 10 years now without a glitch. Really there is not a log more to say. The interface is easy to use. The price per message is reasonable.

Cons : there is nothing negative to say about it.

Pros : Very impressed by the ease of use of their product. Sales team was quick to respond and help me out. Overall I'm very happy with their solutions. The price is slightly higher than others in the market, but you certainly get good value for what you pay for!

Pros : Simple way to communicate with patients about upcoming appointments and birthdays. Love that you can schedule the sms to be sent at any time.

Cons : If the sms could be longer that would help - we are often short of just a few words and must then send another sms
