“Easy to use, interesting tests with detailed reports”

Pros : Predefined test assessments library. Detailed AI reports with tracking. AI Proctoring for Anti-cheating monitoring. AI based coding proficiency level reports. Technical test are clear and easy to work with and even a not technical skilled person can understand the report generated after testing. I like that I can personalize the text of the sending email invitation. Bulk assessments invitation

Cons : There are less test questions for non technical assessments, especially I would like to have medical questions library included in its questions.

Reason to switch : Testing skills of potential candidates for multiple job openings. Testing personality and analytical skills for our team and for potential candidates. It helps us to make decisions on a candidates based on the data.

“Simple & User Friendly”

Pros : I like several components of the realcoderz platform but the option to create our own assessments and tailor them to our candidates' needs is the best component. I also like that realcoderz integrates with the ATS.

Cons : When we first started with realcoderz assessments portal their library was limited. However, since then, they have added more than 20k questions. So I do not have any complaints.

Reason to switch : To meet the organization's need to test applicants and to ensure they meet the requirements needed for the job postings. It helps us to simply draft emails to candidates using templates. It asks us a quick database for us to look up the score for candidates applying for jobs.

“Best online assessment software in the market.”

Pros : The prebuild questions library saves time, as we can choose among many available question libraries. Sending an invitation to many applicants and allowing them to give assessments simultaneously is easy with REALCODERZ.

Cons : Most of the questions in this software are of the IT field, so I think there should be more non-technical questions.

“Realcoderz makes assessments more interesting”

Pros : I used Realcoderz for educational purposes and employee hiring. Many valuable features, including assessment customization, AI scoring, interview scheduling, and bulk invitation, are fantastic.

Cons : Realcoderz is easy to use. I can't find anything to dislike about this software for now.

“Great tools for assessment and quizzes”

Pros : I like RealCoderZ because it is a complete assessment solution. It helps to get the right candidate in less time. and it also helps to learn and train.

Cons : Realcoderz is not so expensive and provides too many features at a lesser price; every part works as smoothly as it should.

Pros : The assessments module in Realcoderz helps to take virtual or online assessment without any worry. The integration of AI helps to get the best candidate out of hundreds.

Cons : There is no downside we found till date.

Reason to switch : The AI scoring saves lots of time, it evaluate candidate current assesment score, past records, coding ability, also proctoring with video and photos for fair assessments.

Cons : There is no negative point about Realcoderz as it works absolutely fine for us.
