“BEST TRAVEL CRM SEMBARK, AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT”

It's been 6 months and more than I have been using SEMBARK for my Travel company. I must say, it is a game changer, in minutes your itinerary is built and is so professional to send to your clients with proper format and details with Trip ID and personalized salutation. The response time has become faster, more transparent, with no need for multiple Excel files, easy to track, and easy to follow up on leads. The best part is their Customer support, right from implementation and after-sales service, any query is answered so promptly. Extremely professional team & super smart software.

Pros : It helps get rid of multiple excel sheets, tracking of leads and follow-up has become easier, response time has cut down, and a speedy response is helping in more conversions.

Cons : Nothing as such for now, it is helping me in all my processes.

Reason to switch : SEMBARK has eased my life, as we are a start up it is helping us maintain proper database of all our leads at one place.

“User friendly software with best supporting staffs.”

Very easy to use the software .Any newcommer can manage the software without any worries.Staffs of the company are very much supporting and encouraging.I am aprreciating their dedication in the work.

“Super Easy product to use with great customer support”

My reply time to my agents was more than 10 hours, which has now been reduced to 10 minutes in peak business hours during the season.

Pros : Customer Support and Itinerary Builder

Cons : No cons

Reason to switch : I can upload all the type of rate list I have and the system can calculate the itinerary prices automatically. My team used to do a lot of errors.

“Nice product with variety of features.”

We are using this system from last 5 months and saving time alot and money also as we can quote to our clients in a minutes and this is the perfect system for our trade.

Pros : Nothing is perfect in this world but yes they are improving day by day.

Cons : Some features are difficult to remind so need to show them on top.

Reason to switch : Saving time and money
