“Diploma is not included in the Education Qualification list,”

Pros : Easy to work.

Cons : Diploma is not included in the Education Qualification list, If we select other, our cadidature gets rejected . Please do needfull.

“Excellent features inbuilted into single system and user could manage their own, either by job seekers or hr professionals.”

Yes, service and features were good. I have been given maximum stars on this "service/H.T.S.( human tracking system) portion". Customer response time is not at par with few similar competitors.

Pros : Core competencies towards workday HR is good as well as all categorised features with multiple options for both is highly appreciated, for candidates and professionals as well.

Cons : Operation part is not satisfactory, rightly, saying HCM features are complex with various categories and more specific for specific customers.

Switched from : Zoho People

Reason to switch : Technology wise zoho products are advanced and well managed.
