“The perfect tool for brainstorming”

Pros : Xmind has been my go to tool for mind mapping and brain storming. It allows me to map customer journey in a very efficient way.

Cons : The only con i face with xmind is it's inability to move the nodes.

Reason to switch : Xmind helps me with journey mapping and it's very intuitive.
