“Easy ecommerce platform for everyone to use”

Pros : The design and theme of eCommerce platform created for our business is simply awesome and trustworthy. Troubleshooting issues is also easy with Zenerva and you get access to various online business management tools.

Cons : We were expecting more frequent platform updates, otherwise the features are simply awesome. Whatever issue we face in terms of uploading a new product or adding discounts, we simply reach out to their Help Centre

Reason to switch : Outdated features and delay in resolving issues. Shoptimize’s support team wasn't well trained to offer the right guidance.

“Flexible and scalable e-commerce solution”

Pros : The best part about using Zenerva is it supports multi-channel selling through e-commerce website. Plus, all its features are scalable to accommodate my growing products’ list. My online business has gained much popularity online, as it is very simple to explore products and make a purchase.

Cons : Loading speed becomes an issue sometimes, affecting the sales performance. But then help is available and their customer support team is the best.

Reason to switch : I wanted an ecommerce platform that could grow as my business grows. My business had just started & today it's doing well because of Zenerva.

“Best e-commerce development platform”

Pros : Zenerva eCommerce software platform met most of my business requirements including online store development and maintenance. The product pages are quite elaborative, and the check out page of my online store is simple for any buyer to understand.

Cons : The integration list should be expanded to include more popular business solutions. Rest, I am happy with the product.
