“Company is not trustworthy which means that they do not offer any long term value. They use to sell a pay upfront lifetime data backup plan. For all of us that bought that plan, they cancelled our accounts without any notice, deleted the saved/backed up data and then when contacted basically said too bad. Working with their support organization was a waste of time. They have proven they do not care about their customers and will not stand behind the products they they sell.
