“Really stuggled to get my head around…”

Pros : Really stuggled to get my head around how this worked but I need not of worried the customer service was amazing. All my pictures that I take are backed up to my computer and zoolz takes care of the rest. I can view all my pictures on my phone using their app and free my phone storage up. No more “ Your iCloud is full please buy more storage” NO I have a lifetime of storage with zoolz

“Great Software & affordable”

Pros : I've bought today a lifetime plan (1TB) and it is amazing how good the service is for reasonable price. Support is excellent - chat works great, I talk to real people instead of bots, all problems are being solved immediately.

“Total Scam company. They dont deliver.”

Pros : Nothing

Cons : Total Scam company. I bought the Zoolz lifetime account as did thousands of others and we lost everything backed up when they closed down and rebranded as Bigmind. Don't be deceived by this company. they grab your cash and then fail to deliver, change their company name and start all over again. Total scam.

“Pathetic. Sincerely the worst cloud service”

Pros : None

Cons : They cheat with the plans... lifetime means a couple of years... User interface is unfriendly for the user They remove features in the sync software for the user avoidin automatic backups and restores
